Returns & Replacements

Our returns and replacement policy

Satisfaction is guaranteed or we'll happily give you a refund for the t shirt(s) that you purchase (minus shipping/handling fees), provided the tags remain on the t-shirt(s), they are unworn, and unwashed, and it is within 15 days of your order being shipped. The shirts must be in resellable condition, free from deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors.

Currently we do not offer any exchanges. Follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s) on our site. You will receive a full refund for your original order once we receive it (minus shipping/handling fees). If you have any questions about processing your return please feel free to CONTACT US.

We can not process your return without your invoice #. This can be found in the email you were sent when you placed your order. If you do not know your invoice # please contact us. We will need to know your name and address in order to look up your order.

If you do not have your return form, please put your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return.

Custom Orders: The Print Wiz/LittleKiddoTees.com cannot accept returns for custom orders. You will have every opportunity to review and approve artwork before we print. Once we print a shirt on a specific size, color, and style shirt, it is very difficult to find someone looking to buy the same design, in the same size, same color, and same size shirt. Returns will only be accepted if there is a shirt defect. We will do our part to make sure your order is free of defects before shipping. If you feel your shirt has a defect, please CONTACT US. Send us pictures and an explanation as to what the problem is with the shirt. Don't forget to send us your invoice number.  If we feel your shirt does have a defect, we will accept your return and give you a full refund (minus shipping/handling fees).

*Sometimes, however rare, a shirt color, style, or size may run out unexpectedly. If this does happen, we will contact you and give you alternate shirt brand/color options. You will have the choice to receive a full refund for that shirt style, size, or color or change it to one available.
